By accessing or using Aiotic's website, services, or any associated products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
Aiotic provides AI automation consulting and implementation services including AI SDR agents, voice agents, CRM automation, document processing, and related services as agreed in individual service agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
Payment terms are defined in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Aiotic will not disclose your business processes, data, or strategies to third parties without your written consent. We may reference your company name and general project type in case studies with your prior written approval.
Upon full payment, clients own all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Aiotic retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, and general-purpose code libraries. Any open-source components used in deliverables remain subject to their respective licences.
Aiotic's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Aiotic reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes to terms via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under JAMS rules. Class action lawsuits are waived by both parties.
Yes. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and pricing are always defined in a separate Statement of Work. These Terms of Service apply universally alongside that agreement.
Upon full payment, you own all custom deliverables. Aiotic retains rights to underlying frameworks and reusable components that were not built specifically for your project.
Cancellation terms are defined in your individual SOW. Generally, work completed to date is billed, and any pre-paid amounts for uncompleted work are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
We only reference clients in case studies or marketing materials with explicit written approval. You control how (and if) we mention your company publicly.
We always try to resolve issues through direct communication first. If that fails, we use mediation, then binding arbitration under JAMS rules โ avoiding costly litigation.
If you have any questions about our Terms of Service or want to discuss a specific engagement, we're happy to help.
